Our Dentists

Dr. Michael G. Hopkins, D.M.D.

Dr. Michael G. Hopkins, the principal of Lafayette Family Dentistry, graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey  - New Jersey Dental School in 1987.  Upon graduation he was given the distinction of being selected as a member of OKU Honorary Dental Society.  Dr. Hopkins is also recognized in the "Guide to America's Top Dentists". Being selected for this listing is an honor, and these achievements have made him one of the nation's most excellent dental providers.

Dr. Hopkins is a Past-President of the Branchville Rotary Club.  He is also currently a board member and coach of Frankford/Branchville Little League.  Dr. Hopkins is the town coordinator for the High Point Cats travel basketball league.  In addition, he is a member of the Frankford Park Commission.  In his free time, Dr. Hopkins' hobbies are water skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, motorcycles, and antique cars.  He is a resident of Branchville and married with two children.

Dr. Marie m. Jackson, D.M.D.

Dr. Jackson received her B.S. in engineering science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and her dental degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey  - New Jersey Dental School. Upon graduation Dr. Jackson was a recipient of the American Student Dental Association Excellence Award and the Dr. Uriel Gunthorpe Award for the advancement of dentistry through service. Dr. Jackson also completed advanced training in general dentistry at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. She is a member of the New Jersey Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry in which she is also completing course work to obtain fellowship.

In her free time Dr. Jackson volunteers providing children dental screenings throughout the state with the Colgate van. She is the assistant secretary of the New Jersey chapter of the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad. Dr. Jackson is a member of the Prancers, the cheerleaders of the semi-pro football team the Jersey Stags. She also serves as the official team dentist of the Jersey Stags.
